At Elavie Montréal, we do our best to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable and carefully handled from the moment you place your order.

Your order means a lot to us. That is why every order is carefully processed and shipped with tracking, so you can follow your package once it is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently offer free shipping across Canada. If delivery outside Canada is available, shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.


Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, promotional events or when an item is in high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If a product is low in stock or requires additional handling from one of our fulfilment partners, processing can take an additional 5–10 business days.


Estimated delivery time

The average delivery time within Canada is 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier route.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

A little reassurance
If your tracking has not updated immediately, please do not worry. It can take a few business days for the carrier to scan and update the package after it has been dispatched.

Carriers and fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled with the help of our trusted warehouse and shipping partners. Depending on availability, destination and carrier route, your order may be shipped with services such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx or other reliable delivery partners.

This allows us to offer a carefully selected range of styles at accessible prices, while still providing tracked delivery across Canada.


Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel through the carrier’s Track & Trace page.

If you have not received tracking information yet, your order may still be processing. If your tracking link does not work immediately, please allow a few business days for the carrier to update the shipment status.


Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum order value required. Any additional shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to assist you before the order is processed.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address errors must be reported as soon as possible after placing the order.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can still be made. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.


Customs and import duties

Depending on the destination and shipment route, local customs duties, import taxes or additional charges may apply. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Elavie Montréal.

We have no control over customs processes, customs fees or delays caused by customs clearance.


Unexpected delays

Although we do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, unexpected delays may occur. This can happen during busy sale periods, high order volume, customs clearance or carrier delays.

If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help you look into the situation where possible.


Responsibility during shipping

If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

If you experience an issue after delivery, please contact us. We will review the situation and assist where possible, but Elavie Montréal cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
