These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Elavie Montréal website and to all purchases made through our online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, including any policies referenced on our website.

At Elavie Montréal, we want your shopping experience to feel clear, secure and carefully handled. Please read these terms before completing your purchase, so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every visit, order, offer, service and agreement between Elavie Montréal and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on this page.

The version of these terms available on our website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.


2. Product information

We make every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, device type or image display differences.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colour, texture, size, finish or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.


3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is only accepted once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed by Elavie Montréal.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in case of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected misuse, incorrect information or unavailable products. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered the processing or fulfilment stage, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

Order details
Please make sure your name, email address, shipping address, size, colour and selected product are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in CAD, unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, promotions and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

The final price of your order will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include secure credit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, depending on availability.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and shipping information. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, this may result in delays, failed delivery or cancellation of the order.


5. Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, promotional events or when an item is in high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

The average delivery time within Canada is 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier route. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are fulfilled with the help of our trusted warehouse and shipping partners. Depending on availability, destination and carrier route, your order may be shipped with services such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx or other reliable delivery partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the carrier has scanned the package.

6. Shipping delays and carrier responsibility

Elavie Montréal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, national holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, incorrect address details or events outside our control.

If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help you review the tracking information where possible. However, delivery estimates remain indicative and do not create a guaranteed delivery date.


7. Address accuracy and delivery responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address errors must be reported as soon as possible after placing the order.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can still be made. Additional costs, failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

If tracking confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered. Elavie Montréal cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Customs, import duties and additional charges

Depending on the destination, shipment route or fulfilment location, local customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST/HST, handling fees or additional charges may apply. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Elavie Montréal.

Elavie Montréal has no control over customs processes, customs fees or related delays. The customer is responsible for complying with any local import requirements that may apply to their order.


9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

All return and refund conditions are outlined in our Return Policy, available on our website. Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, including any original tags or packaging where applicable. Return requests must be approved by our customer support team before items are sent back.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team. Depending on the item and fulfilment location, this may be an international warehouse. The full cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs duties, export fees or handling charges, is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or fulfilment stage. Once an order is being processed, packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and our standard Return Policy applies once the order has been delivered.

10. Promotions and sale items

Prices, discount codes, sale offers and promotional campaigns are subject to change at any time. Promotions cannot always be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated.

If a product is purchased during a sale or promotional period, the applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is placed. No rights can be derived from earlier or later pricing changes.
